American home shield scheduled a sears repair technician to service my whirlpool washing machine. Due to 21 inch snowfall his van had to be towed at previous client. He called to make me aware of the delay. He still arrived withinthe scheduled time window. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the relacement coupler for the motor/gearcase in his van.
