Bray and scarff is the WORST. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. When I bought my Whirlpool washer and dryer in Bethesda I was talked into a more expensive machine because I would get a manufacturer rebate. When I sent in for the rebate I never got it. I called the sales guy - he said he would send it in... Never got it... Decided to just write it off.

THEN MY WASHER broke. It took several days to get a repair. I had to wait the whole day because "the technician was running late" and could not give me a window of time. He shows up late for work and I have to take the whole day off of work? How is that good service. Then the guy came. Said he needed a part and three weeks later (and several trips to the laundry mat... Oh yeah... Love having $3k machine and dragging my underwear to a laundry mat!) the part finally arrives... Several days more to schedule an appt... Then when they leave... The washer works but they broken my dryer! Now... Over a week to get my dryer fixed. Same deal with technician running late so I blow my whole day waiting. Wonder what they will break this time! Oh yeah, when I called to schedule the service I was on hold for 10 min then it cut me off. I called back... On hold again for 10 min and cut off AGAIN! Unreal. What totally bad service. NO ONE CARES and no manager has contacted me. Never buy anything from these people!!!
