On June 1st, I faxed the letter attached below. I wanted to cancel my warranty contract because they failed to honor the services they claim to offer. All of which resulted in me losing my vehicle. Around two weeks after faxing this request to cancel I received a letter stating I had to call someone in customer service. Sarah stated I would get my money back due to the fact that the repair shop seized my vehicle. She spoke with a manager/supervisor and they said it's the same as having a car repossed. Thus far, I have NOT received anything.

To Whom It May Concern:

Per my conversation with Sarah in customer service on April 27th, I am canceling my membership effective immediately and exercising my right to a full refund due to the fact that Tom's Foreign Auto has seized my vehicle after a claim was denied by your organization. According to your worry free disclaimer I expected the cost of repairs, rental car and towing would be covered under the warranty. After filing a claim I discovered that was not the case. This was terribly disheartening because I was forced to pay for a rental, towing and have loss my vehicle after purchasing a service warranty that was supposed to protect me. As of May 21, Tom's Foreign Auto informed me that they plan to lien sale my car.

Also, when I spoke in confidence with Gino from the claims department Gino disclosed all information discussed during our conversation to Tom from Tom's foreign Auto.in addition, I had to plead for Gino's assistance to send an inspector out to the repair shop to inspect the vehicle and validate the nature of repairs. The fact that Gino disclosed our conversation with Tom was inexcusable and unprofessional. But, the level of resistance when I needed assistance was damaging enough to justify the need to terminate our business relationship.

Please be advised, in the event my request is not honored I plan to take legal action as-well-as make a public consumer announcement in multiple forums. I truly hope to gain your cooperation and prompt attention to this matter in an effort to resolve this issue in a civilized manner. Thanks in advanced.
