Took $2800 payment from Me and DOESN'T HONOR ITS SERVICES I PAID FOR

I paid via MasterCard, $2800.00 to National Auto Warranty Services (aka TPA Risk Management, aka Ultimate Warranty, aka VSC) for a Platinum Plus Protection Vehicle Extended Warranty.

My car went into Polar Chevrolet in White Bear Lake for repairs of $1924.98. Polar Chevrolet called National Auto Warranty Services to notify them of work needing to be done on my vehicle and to send out an inspector. National Auto Warranty Services sent out an inspector/claims person who quoted $1158.37 of the repairs will be covered by them and they will send a check to me - I was responsible for 766.61 of the bill. Nothing has been sent to me. I call the phone number for TPA Risk Management (who handles the claim portion at 1-800-576-5113) and a customer service rep will answer and she'll give me another phone number to call. A big ploy is being put on hold - I asked her what she was checking when she placed my on hold!
When I call that number I get National Auto Warranty Service message on the line - it's just a phone circle of the same companies. My vehicle is not running and I am out $2800.00 and still waiting for a check in the mail.
