Hello, I just want everyone to know that my bank was successful in obtaining a refund. I saw it posted to my account today. If you used a debit card when you signed up for the free trial, contact your bank.

Product Not Free
On 6/25/09 I ordered the free trial of acaiberry detox for $0.99 which appeared on my account as acaiberry. On 6/30/09 I called customer service and cancelled because Elaine told me I could cancel by July 9 to avoid being billed if I decided I didn't want the product. I got a cancellation number. I received the product on 7/1/09 and had the UPS carrier return it to sender because it had a return service sticker on it. On 7/2/09 a charge of $39.99 appeared on my bank account as Acai Cleanser. When I called to find out why, I was told I was billed on 6/28/09 and couldn't get my money back until they received the product. I told Elaine that UPS returned the product. She told me that in order to get a refund I have to get an RMA number from them. So now they will have their product and my money. I called my bank and told them the story because I had already cancelled my debit card to avoid any fraudulent charges; but because the charge was placed well ahead of July 9th, they were paid. The bank is now working on getting the money back.
