I am never calling Sears again for service/repair. I am also not buying sears appliances or lawnmowers. I have been a loyal buyer of the brands in the past but I am tired of the disrespect from the service. No one should have to wait a 9 hour window for service. My time is worth more than that. I'd be more angry if I had to use a vacation day for this. I tried in the A.M. To find out a smaller window and still no luck. This happens every time I call for service. It is worse than the cable company. Most places can narrow it down to morning or afternoon. I'm calling those places from now on.
