My experience with Sears Customer Service was beyond a nightmare. Sears has completely lost a customer.
Phone Service Complaint, 2. Website Complaint, 3. Refrigerator Complaint, 4. Scheduling Repair Complaint - 8 hour window! I purchased their warranty plan. 2 weeks for appt - 8 hours window for a repair, the tech guy shows up late, he fixed the leaking and break the freezer and now it has stopped cooling. Call for service again and wait 7 - 10 days for a service call even though I have a service contract. The solution is — NO MORE Sears appliances! Or purchased their warranty plan.
