Sears has good prices and fairly decent appliances for the prices. I myself bought all my kitchen appliances from Sears when we bought our home - well, it was cheap and really I didn't know any better. The appliances have mostly turned out ok but the customer service at Sears sucks! I recently had the technician cancel once and then go to a wrong address a 2nd time. After having paid in full for an extended warranty I have been waiting for over 2 weeks to get a dishwasher repaired. I have made a 3rd appointment now and I am hoping someone will show up during the 4 hour window I have to wait for.
