AT&T Customer Service Look for anothe

I have had AT&T DSL "service" for the past month and a half. I put service in quotes because I have received anything but service... First of all they sold me the top dog of their DSL line when a simple check of their equipment capabilities would have told them that they can't deliver... Then they neglected to do all the initial steps that I was not informed of, such as sending me their special modem... How to register and initiate the service... Once that was figured out (after several service calls, jumping through all their hoops) the service has not supplied me with a consistent DSL signal... Every day I have had outages, to which I had to push this button or unplug this or restart that etc... I am fed up! Get it right! You got 48 hours or I am going back to my local DSL provider who, though they charged a little more, at least they had no problem delivering the service... What is with AT&T? These guys are supposed to be the the big Kahuna! Trouble ticket WASNP9H2725. I called them this A.M. And told them the same thing... I am not jumping through any more of their hoops, only to get nothing done... Get it right! You got 48 hours! Or bye bye.
