I thought bundeling would be good. Not so, it started when qwest couldn't block faxs to my home phone at 2AM. Then the TV was be ing charged two months at a time so you would realy have to watch your bill close. Then they said I didn't bundled TV but its on my bill, tryed to change no luck. Then cell phone service was changed to a different carrier. I wanted to close my hole account internet / phone / Tv and got the bill showing the TV still being billed so I called to see what was up And for the first time they informed me of a 200 dollar charge that was never mentioned at the time I was closing the account. I feel help less to fight a large company that is truely in the wrong. And you sure can't complain to any suprviser or manager that customer service dosen't exist.
