I received a bill today from Qwest for $14.95. Upon further investigation we found this is a bogus charge under Misc. Charges and credits. There is a $1.00 for Bill Statement Fee and $13.95 for Residential Email Mo Fee The company charging this through Qwest is ESBI. Qwest said the charge was for a sign up for a $1000 free coupons, but we didn't sign up or order this "free" deal. Qwest said it will take 2 billing cycles to clear up the error on our bill. Apparently this is going on elsewhere too. Might want to check your bill and tell your friends and family that have Qwest service to keep an eye out for this.
