I recently called Qwest about an unapproved charge on my bill. Turned it it was one of those scamming companies, Enhanced Telecommunications Services (ESBI) that had found a way to sneak $14.98 onto my monthly phone bill (be sure to check your phone bill carefully each month) for about 5 months. The wonderful Qwest representative immediately credited me for all the charges. She also credited me for about a year of a Qwest service that I had canceled without so much as as a question. The Rep was friendly and human... And I even upgraded my Internet! Good customer service works!
