We purchased a gas oven from a NJ Sears store for our daughter who lives in Massachusetts. We were told that the oven would be delivered, installed and the old oven hauled out. The oven was delivered but not installed and the old one was not removed. After spending several hours on the phone with Sears to correct this I have been hung up on by the Sears sales force in Rockaway, NJ. Even a Sears Customer Service agent from Texas has been hung up on and unable to get this problem corrected. I recommend no one purchase appliances from Sears as the sales force pressures you to purchase with promises they do not keep. This has been the worse appliance purchase experience I have ever had.
