Can't get my $3000.00 oven I purchased from sears installed! - double oven

This is the craziest and most frustrating purchase ever! I used to be a loyal Sears customer for 25 years. Now, I will be shopping somewhere else, even if I have to pay more.
I purchased a double oven from Sears on July 14Th. After taxes, delivery, and installation, the price tag for me was over $3200.00... Paid in full! It was delivered on the 17Th, and scheduled to be installed the on the 18TH. They called and confirmed the installation on the 17TH. I waited ALL DAY on the 18TH. No show, NO CALL. I called Sears on the 19TH, and I was told someone would call me back within 24-48 hours. NO CALL! I called on the 21ST, and again, was told someone would call me between 24-48 hours. No call, again. It's July 29TH still nothing. I have been on the phone for over two hours, keep getting disconnected (at least 5 times) transferred at least 3 times. Every time I call back, have to tell the whole story, and give my information. Finally, I just said, give me my money back and come pick this oven up! What a nightmare! I am supposed to be refunded my money and they are supposed to come get the oven... We will see. No wonder Sears is in trouble. This has been the worst experience and I will let everyone I know not to shop at Sears!!!
