Efund on returned appliance - Kenmore Built-In Oven

On February 21, I went with a friend and purchased an wall oven from Sears. Previous to this I called Sears but was told the wall oven was not carried in the store and that I would have to order it. It met the size specs but I was told by the store that it had two compartments the top being the oven and the bottom being the broiler. His name was Martin. He said if it is not what I want return it. I went to Sears in Niles, Il and purchased the oven which I had to order and there were none on display. I again was told the same thing. If you are not happy return it. Two weeks later when I open the box from Sears I find the oven has a storage department on the bottom and an oven/broiler combination on the top. This is not what I wanted. I went to return the oven last week. When I went to the store I was told that I had to pay a restocking fee of 15%.in my conversation with both sales persons a restocking fee was never mentioned to me. They just said that if I was not happy with the product to return it. I spoke to the manager Mr Janus and he was rude, stating this was written on the receipt. The problem is a receipt is given to you after you purchase the item. If I could have seen the item, I would have known immediately that it would not work for me.
