Phone Not Restored as Promised for Longtime Senior Customers

Eing told lies, people not doing their job when told too, service we did not order, paying what was told to pay by your people it not being lodged, having to being told 3-19-13 in two hours my phone will be back on, at: 10:30am it is 4:30 my phone is not on yet. We are Senior Citizens is this the way you people treat good paying Citizens, We have been with this company for like forty years
