I noticed my card was charged $9.60 on 4/10 Even after having my debit card replaced 2 months prior for another $9.60 charge from ACT Sports! Of course I bank with Citizens which, to me, looks like over 90% of these complaints are from people with Citizens accounts. I spoke with a citizens rep who told me they are getting the money through the card numbers not the bank account number, but where and why is my card number being hacked from?
