I was in the AT& T Office explaining the problems Senior Citizens were having understanding technology at Hometowne apts. Zach Smith offered to teach a class at Hometowne Apts.instead he brought representatives to sell U-verse, promised to be there with any problems they may have. He had people signing contracts that didn't understand. A year has passed and Senior Citizens were hit with all the charges that weren't disscussed. He misrepresented his services. Now Senior Citizens are left without a tv or phone. Most of them live alone and have a terminal illness. AT&T also offers a low-income service for a home phone. The only catch is that you must have service with AT & T, already have a home phone to qualify. AT & T, please don't take advantage of Senior Citizens and the Disabled.
