Reporting System not working properly-causing loss of benefits

I reported my Louisiana unemployment benefits online Sunday March 17 as I had the week before, but when it got to the point where it was supposed to show a confirmation that I could print out, it went back to the beginning. I attempted to repeat the process —with the same results. I need my money! I have bills to pay I NEED MY MONEY!!
