I had to cancel my t mobile account due to poor service. Not getting service in my upstairs or downstairs and service in areas i used to get. My final straw was when my son had to almost die from anaphalactic shock due to the facr he could not get a hold of me. They want me to pay the $668 in termination fees and i dont feel like i need to pay them due to my son had to almost die and all they want is the money and dont care about the customers.
