T-Mobile Customer service from Hell!

T-Mobile is such a money pit! I had trouble paying my bill over the course of 3 months, I had 3 lines on one phone, every month they would shut it off, for non payment, when I would go to pay, they would charge me $20 per line re connect fee, or $60 to turn phone on. I mean talk about really taking advantage of someone when they are in a tight spot. Also, did you notice you can never use customer service unless your bill is paid in full? Every time I needed to talk to them, all they do is hustle you for money. That one day, I was on with customer service, I was asking what services I could take off to lower my bill, the conversation was going nice, until I said I cant wait until my contract is over, I am sick of all your fees. This guy instantly turned into Satan, and started saying, well fine, go to another company, I will cancel you now, and charge you the $600 early termination fee. I was shocked by his instant flip out, I said I dont think we are going to resolve anything, at this point, could I speak to a supervisor? He goes why dont you just pay your bill on time? Or I will cancel you right now, come on I will cancel you now, and charge you$600, I kept asking for a supervisor, and he would just repeat himself over ond over. I finaly got a supervisor, and he only could say his conduct was unacceptable, sorry. Please do not use T-Mobile they are money suckers, and their service is not that hot.
