Received a T-Mobile phone for Christmas and activated on 12/26. I hate the phone and want another. T-Mobile will do nothing for me as the phone was paid for over 14 days ago. T-Mobile suggestion was to sell the phone on E-Bay and then buy a new T-Mobile phone.
This Customer Service after being a T-Mobile Customer for 6 years.
T-Mobile will be out of business if they keep this up. Sell your stock as soon as possible. I am doing everything I can to spread the word on this poor customer focused company.
