I would like to address to all of T-mobile customers. T-mobile is a billion dollar industry, however, it customer service has a very poor rating. All T-mobile customer should think about renewing their contract with the T-mobile company. If you buy a new phone from T-mobile they want you to sign another contract with their company.
T-Mobile company will only speak to corporate companies who they do business with, but if you are a regular customer, with just one phone service their corporate office will not assist you. They will give you an address to send T-mobile a letter to dress your concern, while you are having trouble with service.
I have a comet phone and I bought another phone off line, However, the refurbish phone continues to have it's problem. I contacted T-mobile and they have yet to take care of my issues. Everyone needs to find a cellular service, excluding T-mobile, to get better service. T-mobile does not stand behind their service and product. Everyone should put on facebook, or any website that will show the public that T-mobile will not take care of their customers
