Michael came out and conducted a service call and only disconnected the unit stating he would have to replace the main unit and he would have to order it. Michael stated he would call to replace the unit once it came in. I was charged $165.00 and never heard from him again and the company would not return my call. This has been going on sense August.in January an associate of Michael called (Cliff) 916-505-2199, and stated they were correcting customer issues and they would contact me the following week. Now he nor Michael will return my calls. Can you please help. I can't even fine to replacement parts on line for the type of unit i have.
