In November I called HP for computer assistance about my printer and somehow was transferred this company My Tech Help. They wanted over $200 to help me and I said that was ridiculous — I could go buy a whole new printer for that much money. So then they said they would help me for $79.99. And they did and I made what was supposed to be a one-time payment. What they DID NOT say was that was a quarterly charge. And now it shows up on my bill. I am disputing it. I have not used their services since and never will.
They operate under false pretenses and are nothing but con artists.
