They are a company that make you believe they are working on the behalf of apple. I wanted my computer to be fixed, and they said they can do so, but then they ask you to pay 200$ and then they bill you every month. Their company URL is apple. Mytechhelp.com and if you search apple tech support on google, they are on top of the list. Can you see why I thought they were apple? I don't want to send my computer with my valuable information to a company that seems so sketchy.
