They misrepresented that they were Apple support and claimed they checked my Apple warranty and it had expired. Then proceeded to sell me a $99.99 support package, transferred me to a tech who then told me to connect my iPad to my desktop, then told me when whatever he did did not work "you have a virus and for $59.99 he could install an anti-virus so he could proceed to fix my iPad. Never received rebate promised or e-mails promised! When I learned they were a scam and requested a refund, they switched me for two days from one department to another. I notified my credit card company to refuse payment to MyTechHelp. MTH wanted to access my computer to be sure I had uninstalled the anti-virus. When the tech tried, my new anti-virus program blocked the tech with a noticed that Remotezilla was unsafe due to a problem with their security certificate. I would not allow them access to my computer again. I'll let my credit card company deal with them! 7/17
