In October 03.2012 I purchased a new mobile phone from Sprint I was told the Mytechhelp.com was a service I could use any time, but after talking with Mytechhelp found out there was a charge of $9.99 which i could cancel at any time, I did so in November by December there was another charge for $9.99. I called Mytechhelp again told them to STOP/CANCEL any and all debits from my banking account and to credit me back the funds but to today's date I am yet to receive any credits or refunds. This company is FRAUD and should not be doing business with any consumers. As of todays date Mytechhelp.com is still robbing me of my $9.99. Do not use them. PLEASE HELP ME SHUT THEM DOWN AND GET MY MONEY BACK.
