On their website they indicate they are apple authorized dealers. I contacted them and they sold me some tech package for 249 plus, anti virus plus a printer (which could not be shipped to canada) and then a annual package
I used there tech support - they totally messed up my computer ended up at an Apple store & they could not believe what had been done to my computer and did not understand why i would be getting an anti virus.
I tried to get my money back... They stonewalled... Big mistake on my part. Moral - stay local
