I had my taxes deposited from TurboTax to a NetSpend card that TurboTax uses. I had my funds deposited to my account & later that day when I tried to use it my purchase was declined. When I contacted NetSpend regarding this matter I was told that my account was frozen due to a rash of identity thefts going around and that I would have to submit proof of identity with my social security card, ID, and a utility bill. I did as instructed and told it would take 24-48 hrs; well it has been BEYYYONDDDD that time frame & no money yet. I have talked to numerous reps & when I ask to speak to a supervisor I am placed on hold for over 2 hrs until I get tired or my battery dies on my phone. I have even called from 2 different phone lines in hope of getting lucky. NOONE speaks proper English & every rep tells you something different than the 1st. All I want is MY money & I will NEVERRR deal with this company again... I have even reported this to BBB. Please DO NOTTTTT use this company because it is a COMPLETE rip-off.
