Netspend is the worst company ever in the world i have had to fight with them all day to get put on hold three time s for at least an hour if not more to speak to a supervisor that never picked up... They also want me to fax them my personal information such as my state id and my social security card.
I feel that thais a way to be sett up for fraud as i have been a victim of fraud.
I talked to three different coustomer service reps and every time i asked to speak to a supervisor they would put me on hold and never would get to talk to a supervisor. The first rep that i spoke with at first refused to let me talk to a supervisor.
