Netspend/visa Netspend steals money directly from balance on card

I started off with a balance of $327.23 on my netspend/visa card. After $173.46 in online purchases, netspend is claiming that I have a balance of $143. I'm no math genius but isn't this a descrepancy of $10.

Whats worse is I emailed their customer service and was told "they couldn't see the problem"

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people.

I am a truck driver, and as soon as I get home again I am going to close this account.

I am going to google 'who has the best pay as you go credit card' and try someone else.
