Charged $100 After Buying $11 and $25 in Credits

I purchased $11.00 and $25.00 in credits and was charged $100.00. I received nothing for the $100.00 that was taken.

I called my bank and was told to contact Facebook in order to get my money back. I called the number I found in my account and was given a website that was insecure, and I couldn't get through.

I would like to get my money back. They took $100.00 and I didn't get any credits. I don't want the credits, I want my money. What do I do?
