Paid $25 for 32,000 Credits in Canasta, Never Received

I purchased 32,000 credits for Raminoz canasta. They took the 25.00 out of my account, but I never got the credits. This happened to me before, only on Texas Holdum, and that was for 10.00. Please fix this. I am retired and Facebook is my only source of entertainment.
