$25 Prepaid Card Balance Gone After Charge for Unbought Credits

I was charged $25 for credits I did not buy. I had just gotten a prepaid card, and after a few minutes my money was gone and it said that I purchased credits from Facebook. Please give me my money back. Thank you.
