I've brought a pack of 200 facebook credits to later use in facebook games. It's the 3rd time I purchase credits in facebook and the 1st I'd problems.
As usual I paid with my favorite payment method, boleto bancário. At my 2 previous experiences it never took more than 3 days to have the facebook credits in my account.
It has been a week I've paid for 200 facebook credits via Boleto bancário on monday, Feb 13th, but I didn't recieved them. I've made purchase at Facebook site at the tab "buy more credits". I used this payment method at the 2 purchases I've made in Jan and everything went well and I've got my credits in less than 3 days.
At my recent purchase history it says I didnt purchased FB credits recently, but I did, on monday 13th and at a month ago at Jan 14th, and also at the 1st week of January, but none of this is showing up anymore.
I'm pretty disappointed with the delay, I wanted to use the credits to by game items, for with all this time the game offer I wanted already expired. I already contact FB support service 3 days ago, but yet I didn't got any response.
Please, I need help and I would like to get my credits.
