Almost every time I place an order through Amazon I get the "Item cannot be shipped to your location" notice. Now I don't know who's fault that is, the vendor or Amazon, but this is the WORLD WIDE web and it's astonishing to find that there are still out there who don't realise there are countries outside the United States. When I find something on Amazon I simply hop over to eBay and find the same and order through them and I have far less hassles with international shipping. None that I can think of actually.
