Unwanted charges on Oct 15 and 19 overdrew my account

I have charges from Facebook Credits on Oct 15, eight charges, and then again on Oct 19. I did not buy any credits. They were charged to my bank account, and I was overdrawn and charged 20.00 twice.

I called the phone number the bank gave me, and they directed me to this site. How do I get this taken care of?
