I purchased a Craftsman Snow blower from Sears and it didn't work great the first two times it ran, but it got the job done. Went to use it the third time today and it wouldn't run. I called Sears about it, as the snow blower is under the extended warranty that I bought it with and they informed me that it would be 20 days (Jan 9) before someone would be able to take a look at it. I think it is ridiculous that after spending over $500 dollars on the snowblower plus what I spent to get the extended warranty with home repair, I had to wait 20 days to get the snow blower fixed, heck it'll be practically spring before I get a working snow blower. When you need a working snow blower, you need a working snow blower, the snow in my driveway will not be able to wait 20 days. I hope that people think twice about purchasing something like this from Sears, but if you do, at least think twice about the "Excellent" service the salesman will tell you, you get when purchasing the extended warranty.
