Every time Sears comes out they can't fix the product right the first time.
Purchased tractor lawn mower with snow blower. The nuts and bolts were not tightened, lost some in the snow.
They put on mower deck, they did not leval deck. Put snow blower back on this year and the blower would work.
Total upset with installation techs. And to top it all off Sears still want to charge you for their mistakes.
