I purchased a snow blower in the fall of 2006. I used it for the first time in Dec 07 when the drive train fell apart. Sears replaced the machine after a fight and the new machine has the same problem. Sears has came out 2 times to look at the machine and the 3rd time out the service man left without doing a thing. Now of course there is no warranty because its now 2009.3rd winter of fighting with Sears. I have a $1300.00 boat anchor in my shed and Sears refuse to do anything. They told me I abused the machine and it needs to be stored inside a heated garage because the machine freezes up? Its a snowblower. The service guy also told me the machine is not built to work in cold temps, or blow powder snow? I will not quit the fight with this nonsense and I want a new machine or my money refunded, as Sears states in their company statement. I have never been accused of ruining my equipment in my life what a insult, but I expect nothing less from these people. I would not purchase another item at Sears again. Stay away from Sears.
