Initially it took two weeks for the repair man to come. Mr. Scott came to look at my snow blower. He was very professional and courteous. He told me call a number because my snow blower should be replaced.

I called the number the very next day and they directed me to call Sears Store near me which is Waterbury. Waterbury Sears told me that they do not have any snow blowers left as it was sold out. They also told me that they would not expect any more supplies coming this season. So I was left without snow blower when we are having the most snow in years. This disappointed me. However, the corporate of Sears gave me authorization which is valid till Oct. Of 2011 for replacement. I am looking forward that the Store carries snow blower by that time.
