I have a 28" Snow blower (under warranty) that needs to be repaired but Sears is telling me that i have to bring it to a service center or pay for service at my home. I explained that I have no way of getting this there but that doesn't matter, I guess Sears like other stores only care about selling not the after care. I have bought a lot of home and yard items from Sears but I will be sure to look elsewhere when I need more items.
