Snow blower - 28" Snow throwe

I have a 28" snow thrower that weighs over 200 lbs, its under warantee and they expect me to bring this in to their center for service or pay to have a technician come to the house.

I will NEVER BUY from SEARS AGAIN.
They don;t stand behind their products (CRAFTSMAN).
