On Dec 17 I was scheduled to go to a very important doctor at 10 am appointment time. The company showed up an hour late to pick me up. I was an hour late to this appointment, as I tried to call friendly care transportation to get a estimate on when i would arrive and the doctors office would still accept me. They did thankgoodness. When I called in reguards for a ride home whick was orinally scheduled for an hour, of course it was a bit later because of the irresponsability of friendly care being so laqte. The driver would not wait for me to go into the lobby to get my coat and left me there. When I called an employee who identified himself nas Tom and a supervisor. He screamedyou have called here 3 times you crazy bitch no one no one likes you, and then HUNG UP ON ME. I had to call back to get a resolution to my pick up time and again HUNG up ON ME. This company abuses and discriminated agains the very people they are supposed to respect. Also i will tell u i forwent xrays i should have haven due to the fear of getting abandoned a second time. They NEVER pick you up on time are always late picking nyou up and in my experience, I have been abandoned 2 and a half hours waiting for a ride. Many many people are aware of their law breaking and discriminatory practices. I have reported them to the county state bbb, this website, and the courier news who will be exposing this.
