I am very dissappointed with the service of Florida Shuttle Transportation. The pick-up from Orlando to Miami Port went well. I trip back was a dissaster. I paid for a roundtrip pick-up. We come off the ship no later than 10am and there is no shuttle. I get a voicemail message stating that the van broke down that was suppose to pick us up and another one would be on the way in 2 1/2 hours. About 15 minutes later a get a call from some lady that never identified herself other than she was calling to let me know that a shuttle was here to pick us up. Never did she say that she was taken us somewhere to drop us off. To our understanding this was the ride that was taking us back to Orlando. I as we loaded up the luggage and all I asked the driver did the other driver know that we were leaving. He got on his cell phone as though he didn't hear me and said just a minute. He never got off his celluar phone to answer me but little did we know that over the bridge we would be dropped off on a curve at a Holiday Inn. The driver got off his cell phone to tell us that another shuttle will be here to pick us up in 5 minutes. Well almost 3 hours later here comes a Shuttle that called out my name. I didn't know it was Florida Shuttle because the name of the Van didn't state that. Also we had to stuff majority of our luggage into the van and the rest we had to wait for another van to load the large luggage in. We finally make it back to Orlando after 5pm but know one could leave because we had to wait another hour for the other van to bring the remainder of our luggage. I had family members that was looking forward to going back home to Georgia if the shuttle would have been there on time.instead some was just to tired and frustrated to do anything. I know this company maybe the cheapest from what I found out but our time is much more valiable than that. I now know in order to get great quality you must pay for it.in this case they owe us because we did not even come close to what we paid for.
