Attempted fraud

Received a phone call from a K. Miano claiming that I had an active subscription and would be shipping me the balance of the order. I DO NOT RECALL entering into such a subscription. He offered to cancel the subscription if I paid almost $ 150.00
A band search and email search failed to show any information about them. All legitimate companies will post a welcome email and go over the details of the subscription. I believe this to be a fraud attempt.
