I scheduled a move for 10-12 on Fri, Feb 29, arrived 3 hours late. I was paying by the hour / 65 per hour plus 30 trip charge by the way, I left to come to the new home and left 15 mins later than the movers, stopped to pick up child from after school program, also went to office to turn in keys, pick up mail and drive thru for a soda, took approx 50 mins to get on road to new home.
When arrived no movers to be found, I had beat them there at which time I contacted-Larry (manager?) and was told "they were right behind you bitch" and hung up on me. I called back a second time and was then called a "stupid bi*" and hung up on me again. The movers did arrive 10 min after Igot to the new home and told me that "Larry" had an anger problem'. All this great customer service was a mere $315.00. Please buyer beware!!
