Reimbursement
I bought an engine at engine and transmission world. The engine went bad, and I was sent another one since it was under warranty. I was told that once the labor was finished again for the replacement engine, to send in the necessary items to get reimbursed for having the labor done twice. I have been waiting since July to be reimbursed. I call every week, and I keep getting the same response stating that they are waiting for the accounting department and management to approve the reimbursement. It does not take that long for the process to happen. Once this is over with, I will never do business with them again. And I hope karma comes their swiftly.
