I'm so disappointed. Purchasing gifts for my loved ones in southafrica (im in british) tooke from jan to purchase presents and secure for that shipping. This past year completed exactly the same but applied dhl to deliver it with no challenge. This season... Well it had been a-2 time trip that will be today on morning 20 and christmas is nxt week. First it stated additional paperwork was needed but really they didnt have anybody on that aspect to provide. Then excuse after justification. Today nowadays my loved ones got informed they'd to pay for... Understand this... Transfer taxes... VET FEES, (coz another reason was a situation vet was onvolved) FOR AMOUNT CAUSE... Also handling charge... Plus some additional duty additionally before they culd obtain presents. Today i got souch treatment in supplying these containers therefore no vet required be engaged. Oh yes another was XRAY FEES... I'm so upset that i invested so much cash and worst that my loved ones needed to spend to obtain christmas presents from me. With no one really wants to assist mewrnt on national talk so when they observe they r getyin today where they simply finish the chatthe ips in southafrica is simply declining to answer my emails. Truly so unhappy i jave been sobbing all day long since i haven noticed my loved ones for 5 years which was my method of being together gor christmas a business u need to confidence does this and that I cant complain or nothing.
